JOHOR BARU: A Star Publications newspaper delivery truck driver died in an accident while carrying a supply of newspapers to Johor here.
Wan Mid Othman, 48, died on the spot after his lorry smashed into a trailer carrying construction materials near Pagoh at around 2.30am yesterday.
Wan Mid, from Kluang, had been working under a contract company for The Star for about two years.
He leaves behind a wife and four children
The Star Johor bureau senior executive R. Arulmugam said delivery of the newspapers to Johor Baru readers was delayed because of the accident.
